Lenten Prayer

God of all compassion, Father of all goodness, to heal the wounds our sins and selfishness bring upon us, you bid us turn to fasting, prayer and sharing with our brothers.  We acknowledge our sinfulness, our guilt is ever before us; when our weakness causes discouragement, let your compassion fill us with hope and lead us through a Lent of repentance to the beauty of Easter joy.  Grant this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Calling All Grandfathers, Fathers and Sons

Courageous is a movie about four men who have answered the call to serve and protect. When tragedy strikes home, these men are left wrestling with their hopes, their fears, their faith, and their fathering. Protecting the streets is second nature. Raising their children in a God-honoring way? That’s courageous.

We’re calling all grandfathers, fathers and sons to join us for a special showing of the movie on Tuesday February 21 at 7:00 p.m. in the Church Hall.

Please join us and bring a friend!
