Dear Parishoners,

I’ve never forgotten an Easter homily from Father Flower from years gone by called The Upper Room. Perhaps you remember this too.

Father told us about the three significant events which occurred in the Upper Room:

• the Last Supper
• the Resurrection evening appearance of Jesus to the apostles
• and the descent of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.

Moreover, four of the seven sacraments originated from the Upper Room.

Father’s message has stayed with me all these years and now I’ve written a song in his memory so it may also be a gift to you (it is available as a free download in the Google Play store).
